Once ‘West End on the Thames’ a trademark product of Alterniq Events Ltd and you enter into a binding contract you will normally not be able to cancel the contract, except where we agree or as otherwise provided for in the contract.
In the event we have to postpone or cancel any scheduled event, we will either provide you with a full refund, or alternatively issue you with a ticket to the next scheduled event of your choice.
Alterniq Events Ltd will not be liable for any refunds arising out of non-compliance with the entry requirements of the respective event or venue for the scheduled event. We will only give refunds or exchanges on the basis of a postponed or cancelled event by the event organisers of West End on the Thames, Alterniq Events Ltd. Under no circumstances will we give out refunds for any other reasons. Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for tickets that are not sold directly through us.
If you purport to cancel the contract or give notice purporting to cancel or otherwise do not fulfil your obligations (such as by not paying any sums due to be paid to us) in a way which amounts to you cancelling the contract, we do not have to accept your cancellation except as otherwise provided for in this policy. However, we may choose to accept cancellation, and if we choose to do so you will be required to pay to us a reasonable amount for the losses and costs (including loss of profit) we have suffered.
