Ambu wanted us to organise a gala dinner and end of year celebration. The event would celebrate the company’s success in their first year of operating.
The client spoke to our client relationship team after making their initial enquiry. They told us they wanted something really special to celebrate their success, so our team put together a bespoke package including a three-course seated dinner.
The client booked soon after seeing our proposal, after which it was handed over to the event planning team to liaise on the details.
After speaking with the client in more detail, our event team finalised a schedule for the day that would include speeches, an awards ceremony, a charity auction, and a live band to play in between.
The client was also interested in adding some branding to their event, so we included bunting and light-up letters, which provided a great photo opportunity for their guests and made a big visual impact on the day.
Ambu also needed a bit of assistance with transporting their guests to and from the event, so we arranged for a coach transfer to collect them and bring them to their vessel.
The event went really well on the day and we received some great feedback. One of the chief organisers of the event was unable to attend, but she received lots of compliments from the guests and her feedback on our pre-event planning service was great.
The food service was good and we received many compliments from the guests on this and they also loved the charity auction, which was a huge success. The auction was great fun and allowed lots of members of their team to donate to the cause.
Our event team on the day was made up of Eliza, Ellie, Phoebe, Elijah, and Katherine (Pier Coordinator).
