Case Study - APM Fellows Conference

The brief

APM approached us to host a conference for their fellows, combining formal presentations with opportunities for guests to mingle and network.

The event needed to provide a professional environment while also offering a unique and engaging setting for attendees.

What we did

After initial communications with Elizabeth (Client Relationship Coordinator), the event was handed over to Ellie (Event Manager) within our Planning Team.

We arranged a viewing with the client and held an in-person meeting on-site to discuss the finer details of the event. This allowed us to map out the flow of the day and ensure the space worked effectively for both the presentations and the networking parts of the day.

Our team outlined a suitable schedule that included dedicated time for the presentations and allowed appropriate breaks for guests to mingle and connect.

As it was a conference-style event, we included a branded roll-up banner, which added a professional touch to the setting and served as the perfect backdrop for the speakers.

The client also wished to enhance the catering slightly, so in addition to their canapés, we added dessert canapés as a light extra, which worked well within the format of the event.

The result

The event was a real success, with presentations running smoothly and guests enjoying the balance between structured content and informal networking.

The client was very happy with the outcome and the overall experience on the day.
