The brief

To celebrate the company's 25th anniversary and host a surprise leaving celebration for one of their longest serving employees.

What we did

Our team presented the client with a bespoke package based on their specific requirements and they booked themselves onto it straight away!

Their package included a summer barbecue, garden games, reception drinks, and one of our drink packages. We also suggested including a couple of personalised boat flags, which are branded with their logo, as the client wanted to add personalised branding to celebrate both occasions.

At the completion of the booking, as per usual, it was passed over from our client relationship team to our event planning team to discuss the finer details of the event. The client then decided to add in a live band which was sourced by our team to fit their requirements.

The client also decided to add in an additional game of golf putting on the outdoor deck as a tribute to the member of staff that was leaving the company.

End result

The event went really well and the client sent us some really great feedback. They mentioned to our team that they would be keen on booking with us again! 

The departing employee was also very surprised and loved the personalised touch of the golf putting game.

The food was also a great success on the day and was enjoyed by all of the guests.
