Case Study - Citroen Wells 65th Company Anniversary

The brief

To create a summer barbecue cruise to celebrate Citroen Wells’ 65^th company anniversary.

What we did

After receiving contact from Citroen Wells, our Sales Manager, Riien Warren, discussed the brief at length with representatives from the brand to ensure that the event would be tailored to their requirements. Together, they established that the guests should enjoy a British barbecue-themed event with Pimms on arrival – and an unlimited drinks package for the entire event – on board a stylish vessel decorated in their branding and chosen colour scheme. With the guests ranging from the company’s founders to new recruits and everyone between, the event had to be a memorable occasion. Once these details were finalised, a welcome letter was sent to Citroen Wells confirming their package and outlining the key details.

These initial conversations were followed up by a face-to-face meeting with Riien and France Borie, our Sales & Event Coordinator, to present our proposal for the decoration. The client also had some further ideas on catering and entertainment; for instance, it was decided that the event’s music would be themed to run the six decades that Citroen Wells has been in operation for. Upon confirmation of these final details, the event was then passed over to Sapphire Christos, the West End on the Thames Project Manager, who kept in regular contact with Citroen Wells to update them on our progress over the following weeks.

The result

On the day of the event, we decorated the vessel with additional company photos to celebrate the occasion. With fantastic weather and delicious food, the event was a huge success; our customer service team performed outstandingly well, and the client was immensely satisfied.
