Case Study - Clare PR 30th Company Anniversary

The brief

To create, organise and run an event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Clare PR.

What we did

Company owner, Clare Ward, got in touch with our sales team and told them about the occasion and how important it was. She wanted something unique and liked the setting we could provide.

We always kept the importance of the celebration at the forefront of our plans and therefore worked very closely alongside Clare to ensure all of her specific requirements were met. Once she was completely happy with the bespoke package we had created, the Project Management team were then assigned to her. They took over the planning, implementation and running of the event.

Face-to-face meetings took place between Clare and our Senior Project Manager, Sapphire, prior to the event. In these meetings schedules, logistics, catering and a floor plan were discussed and proposals were put in place.

The PM team remained in regular contact with Clare to discuss additional options. It was decided that a personalised flag on the vessel, branded cupcakes, and a press board would be added to her bespoke package. She also upgraded to include artificial turf and outdoor furniture on the deck.

On the day, our Senior Event Manager, Eliza, headed up the event. She and the rest of her team arrived prior to the start time to prepare and set up, before ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout.

The result

A fitting celebratory evening for such a milestone occasion. The weather was good and the guests made the most of the spacious outdoor deck and furniture.

As well as thanking her team in her speech, Clare also gave a special thank you to WEOTT for organising and running the event.
