Case Study - Emily & Quinton Pre-Wedding Celebration

The brief

Emily and Quinton approached us to host their pre-wedding celebration, bringing together family and friends who were travelling in from the United States.

The event was designed to be a relaxed gathering ahead of their wedding day, giving guests the opportunity to meet, socialise, and enjoy time together in London before the main celebrations began.

What we did

After initial discussions with our Client Relationship Team, the event was handed over to our Event Planning Team, headed up by Eliza (Senior Event Planner).

The couple were happy with the proposed package as it met all of their requirements. During the planning phase, we refined some of the décor to better suit their black-and-white colour scheme. This included incorporating hurricane vases with floating candles and black-and-white table décor to create a timeless, elegant atmosphere.

Our team also designed a bespoke welcome board and invitation for the event, adding a personalised touch that complemented the overall aesthetic.

As the majority of guests were travelling from the United States, the couple wanted to arrange transport to ensure a smooth arrival experience. We organised a coach transfer to collect guests from their hotel and bring them directly to the pier. Upon arrival, our Pier Coordinator met the group at the coach drop-off point and escorted them to their boarding location, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.

The result

The staff present on the day were Eliza (Senior Event Planner), Phoebe (Assistant Event Manager), Albertino (Catering Assistant), and Denilson (Catering Assistant).

The celebration ran smoothly and provided the perfect start to the couple’s wedding weekend. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to relax, drink, dance, and take in the iconic London sights from the river, creating a memorable welcome event for everyone involved.

Emily and Quinton were extremely happy with how the evening came together and felt it set the tone beautifully for the rest of their wedding celebrations.
