Case Study - Glenny Summer Event & Third Annual Team Celebration

The brief

Glenny approached us to host their third event with us, which would be a summer gathering where their team could come together, relax, and catch up.

As a returning client, they were keen to replicate the success of previous years and continue their annual summer tradition.

What we did

Initial communications were handled by Katherine (Client Relationship Manager) before being passed to our Event Planning Team, led by Eliza (Senior Event Planner).

As a repeat client, Glenny wanted to create an event similar to previous years, focusing on a relaxed and social atmosphere. The main objective was to help staff unwind and spend time together, so we built a package to support this.

This included garden games, our street food menu, and background music to create an informal setting. Catering was an important element, with the client keen to ensure the food was substantial. We included a welcome canapé on arrival, followed by the street-food offering, and finished with marshmallow, strawberry, and chocolate skewers for dessert.

The result

The staff present on the day were Ellie (Event Manager), Phoebe (Assistant Event Manager), and Elijah, Estelle and Albertino (Catering Assistants).

The event was a success once again, continuing the positive experience from previous years. Guests enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, food, and opportunity to socialise.

The client was very pleased with the outcome and is already looking ahead to future events.
