Case Study - GUESS Social Gathering

The brief

To create an impressive, visually stunning event for GUESS’s overseas distributors.

What we did

Planning this event for GUESS proved to be an exciting challenge for our team, given that their headquarters are based in the USA – our project management team worked beyond their regular hours to ensure the client was happy with the event, which they were very happy to do. Once a representative from GUESS had made contact with ours sales team, they set about creating a bespoke package for the event. The client stressed that many of their guests were from overseas and some had never visited London before, so impressing them was of paramount importance. Between the client’s attention to detail and our team’s meticulous planning, an incredible event was designed, with everything from the menu to the invitation’s font being carefully selected.

The result

Thanks to the close liaison between our team and GUESS, the event went exactly as planned. Our staff wore GUESS clothing and watches, and the venue had been decked out in branded items to showcase the brand’s image. The client was so pleased with how the event played out that she gifted to our staff the watches that they’d been wearing, and a similar event has already been planned for 2018.
