The brief

To create and organise a partner's evening for TATA Consultancy Services.

What we did

TATA Consultancy Services contacted us directly and spoke to our sales team about organising an event for them to entertain their partners from across the world. A bespoke package - with the specific requirement of a ‘premium feel’ - was created and sent to the client via email.

Once they were happy with our initial plans and signed the booking form, the brief was handed over to the project management team. They then took charge of overseeing the event, from its inception right up to delivery on the night.

A close working relationship between ourselves and the client is hugely important to us. As such, the project management team organised several calls and meetings with TATA over the next few weeks to ensure they were completely happy with the plans and to finely tune any amendments to the brief. This even included a viewing of the vessel itself so that the client could visualise their event more vividly.

The result

A hugely successful cruise along the River Thames and a great event, complete with a tailored menu to suit the specific tastes of the guests, as per the client’s request.

Individual gift bags containing a bottle of champagne, luxury chocolates, and other items were also arranged for each person present, many of whom had travelled from overseas to be there. The client was so happy they are already looking to book something similar with us next year.
