Case Study - Lipsy Ibiza White Party

The brief

To create and organise a white themed event for Lipsy London fashion brand.

What we did

Lipsy London contacted us to discuss the organisation and creation of a white themed event held on one of our vessels. They were specific in their requirements of an Ibiza-style brief that fitted in with their image as a youth fashion brand aimed at young women.

Before making the booking Lipsy visited the boat earmarked as the venue with our project management team. Once they were completely happy with the vessel the team continued to work closely with them to create a bespoke package that met all of their criteria. This included adding several extras to ensure the event was truly unique.

We pride ourselves on building relationships with the client to ensure every single detail is exactly as they envisage it. As such our project management team had several calls and meetings with Lipsy to finely tune all the aspects of their event - right down to installing rattan furniture on the outdoor deck to help create the Ibiza vibe they were seeking.

The result

A hugely successful event and cruise along along the River Thames, with the iconic London skyline as their backdrop. This was further aided by fantastic weather, meaning the vessel’s superb outdoor space could be fully utilised by the guests.

The interior fully reflected the white theme and completely met the brief initially outlined by Lipsy. The client was very happy with the result and we would be delighted to work with them again on future events.
