Case Study - Nestlé Post Conference Social

The brief

This was the first of two bookings from Nestlé in 2024. The client wanted this event to serve as a post-conference social gathering for staff members following their annual coffee conference in London.

What we did

Nestle got in touch saying that they wanted something a bit different and that the event would need to cater for a group of around 140 guests. 

The client aimed to create a networking opportunity for guests, so we provided a generous selection of canapés and bowl food, which was designed to encourage mingling.

As part of the entertainment, a quiz was organised, and we ensured time was allocated in the schedule along with a microphone for the event. We also arranged a selection of garden games. Given that the event took place in November, with concerns about the cold outdoors, we provided blankets for guests on the outdoor deck to ensure their comfort.

The result

The team on the day was Ellie (Event Manager), Max (Event Coordinator), Ella (Event Coordinator), and Elizabeth (Pier Coordinator). On the day the event ran really smoothly and the client came away extremely happy.
