A corporate Christmas event for all staff to celebrate the end of the year.
The client agreed upon a bespoke package presented by our client relationship manager, which consisted of a three course seated dinner, entertainment, welcome drinks, and a drinks package.
For the entertainment, the client wanted to keep things fun and interactive, so with some suggestions from our team, they decided to go with a live DJ, a photo booth, and karaoke!
The client had 80 guests on board, so we suggested using the lower deck as a cloakroom (which typically is used as a dancefloor) and having the upper deck as the main floor. This kept all the guests in one place meaning they were able to enjoy the entertainment together without having them split over different floors.
The client was very happy with the event and we received lots of great feedback from them.
The three course seated dinner went very well and it maintained the formal feel that the client wanted, before moving onto the social aspect later on in the evening. The guests loved the photo booth and the DJ, and most were up dancing throughout the evening!
