Case Study - Palantir Technologies Team Building Event

The brief

To create a team building event filled with activities before the guests headed to a staff social in the evening.

What we did

The client came in looking for a team building event without a clear idea of what we could offer. So Sapphire, our client relationship manager, suggested arranging some games and put forward our marshmallow ‘Thames Landmark Challenge’, which the client loved. The idea involved grouping the guests into teams and having them create a landmark out of spaghetti and marshmallows.

We also included our outdoor garden games within the package, so the guests could use these in between the official team building exercises.

The client decided to go with our hot fork buffet option as it was informal and in-keeping with the atmosphere the client was trying to create.

The event hosted 140 guests, many of whom came from overseas!

The result

The Marshmallow Landmark Challenge worked incredibly well! The guests loved it, as it was a lot of fun and was the perfect team building exercise for their event - many of the guests used the landmarks surrounding them as inspiration!

The food was also enjoyed by all of the guests and overall we had a very happy client that left us a lot of great feedback.
