The brief

A social gathering for the whole team to celebrate one million users on their platform.

What we did

Our client relationship team presented the client with a bespoke package that they loved. In fact they booked onto the package right away as it worked perfectly for them. Their package included our summer barbecue, reception drinks, a drink package, garden games, and entertainment.

The event was then handed over to our event planning team to finetune it further. The client then mentioned that they might like to do some speeches to celebrate the occasion, so we made sure a microphone was available and designated some time within the schedule to fulfil that request.

The client also wanted to add some branding to the event, so we put forward a number of ideas, including a personalised boat flag which they loved and decided to add onto the package.

The result

The event went really well and we received great feedback from the client. The summer barbecue was well received by all of the guests and they enjoyed the food thoroughly. 

The guests also made use of the outdoor garden games and loved the DJ - which was perfect for the party atmosphere that the client was aiming to create.
