Case Study - PepsiCo Social Gathering

The brief

To get their global team together for a social event allowing them to get to know each other after a week of meetings.

What we did

PepsiCo emailed our team as they were on the lookout for a venue to host a gathering of their staff from all around the world. They had a specific set of criteria, which included having Pepsi as the only soft drink on board the vessel for all of their guests. They also wanted nibbles and drinks available, which meant we put forward our grazing station menu, which worked really well for them.

We also added our outdoor garden games to their bespoke package, which created a great ice breaker for the members of their team that had yet to get to know one another.

After the booking was complete we handed it over to our event planning team. Pepsi then had to change their slot from the daytime to the evening due to a scheduling conflict, meaning we had to swap the vessel from the original proposed one. However, Pepsi was grateful we were able to do this and it still suited their needs well.

The result

We received some truly excellent feedback from Pepsi about the event. They were very happy with how it went on the day and we’re delighted with the food, adding that it was nicely inclusive for vegetarians and vegans. Their team loved the games and they had a lot of fun on the night.
