The brief

To host a Christmas event so their internal staff could celebrate the end of the year.

What we did

With just under a month before the event, we created a bespoke proposal for the party that the client loved. This proposal was based on a three course seated dinner along with some reception drinks and a personalised playlist.

Our sales team then handed the event over to our event planning team, who arranged a video call with the client to discuss all of their questions and get the planning underway. We worked closely with the client to create a seating plan, a playlist, and a suitable schedule for the event.

The event was for 40 guests, coming from all over the UK.

End result

The event went really well and the client left great feedback, expressing a lot of interest in booking with us again.

They loved the three course seated dinner and the service was nice and smooth.

Overall, this was a really successful event and the client informed the staff of how much the guests enjoyed themselves on the night.
