The brief

A networking event to bring staff together and thank significant clients.

What we did

The client quickly booked their event with us as the bespoke package we put forward was just what they were after.

The client wanted light food and nibbles to encourage people to mingle and keep it quite informal. We put forward our grazing station option, which works really well for networking events, as the guests can come and go whilst socialising together.

After moving to the event planning stage, the client wanted to add some entertainment whilst still being able to maintain the networking atmosphere. This meant that we suggested a jazz duo, which worked really well as they were able to play a light background set outside whilst guests were mingling and then a more upbeat set inside later on in the afternoon.

End result

This event was a huge success and the client left lots of fantastic feedback on multiple platforms. We received an email review, Google review, and an Instagram post from their company account!

They loved the jazz duo, the grazing station was well received, and the weather was lovely so guests were able to make the most of the outdoor deck, creating a great setting for a summer networking event.
