Case Study - Safetykleen End of Project Celebration

The brief

The client wanted us to create a bespoke event to celebrate the completion of a project by Safetykleen in collaboration with Hitachi.

What we did

The client spoke with Sapphire, our Client Relationship Manager, who booked them onto a package that included a summer barbecue, reception drinks, an unlimited drinks package, branding additions, and entertainment for around 70 guests. 

When planning the event, the client said they wanted it to feel like a true celebration, so we added some fanfare by including live music, a casino table, a close-up magician, and a designated photographer.

The event was then handed over to our planning team, who spoke with the client before finalising the branding. They then created bespoke designs for the bunting and vessel flag to incorporate both Safetykleen and Hitachi’s logos.

The client informed us that a number of guests would be coming in from abroad, so we arranged for a coach transfer to bring them to the pier on the event day.

The client also told our team that they wanted to include speeches to thank the key people involved in the project but were concerned about interrupting the flow of the event. To address this, we developed a well-balanced schedule that seamlessly incorporated all event elements.

The result

The staff present on the day were Ellie (Event Manager), Phoebe (Event Coordinator), Eliza (Senior Event Planner and Pier Coordinator), Elijah (Head Catering Assistant), and Elizabeth (Catering Assistant). The event was a resounding success and the clients were extremely happy with the outcome.
