Case Study - Star Hotels Client Event

The brief

Star Hotels approached us to arrange a high-end luxury event to treat a select group of their best clients and thank them for their continued business.

The aim was to create an elegant and memorable experience that reflected their brand standards while providing the perfect setting for client appreciation and relationship-building.

What we did

The initial enquiry stage was headed up by Katherine (Client Relationship Manager). This was a detailed process, ensuring the package was perfectly tailored to suit the tone and expectations of the event. A viewing was arranged prior to booking, allowing the client to fully visualise the experience before proceeding.

Once confirmed, the event was handed over to our Event Planning Team, headed up by Eliza (Senior Event Planner). We arranged multiple calls with the client to discuss all elements of the event in detail, ensuring every aspect aligned with their vision.

The final package included a hot fork buffet with wine on the tables, along with a Prosecco reception to welcome guests on arrival. To support the client’s presentation, we arranged an Ultra HD Smart TV and a microphone. Branded décor was also incorporated, including a welcome board and a roll-up backdrop banner to reinforce their corporate identity throughout the evening.

The client wished to provide their own band for the entertainment, so we liaised directly with them to coordinate logistics and timings. We carefully structured a schedule that worked seamlessly for the client, our team, and the entertainment supplier, ensuring the evening flowed smoothly from start to finish.

The result

The staff present on the day were Eliza (Senior Event Planner), Phoebe (Assistant Event Manager), Ellie (Pier Coordinator), Paris (Catering Assistant), and Amilcar (Catering Assistant).

The event went extremely well, with guests enjoying the food, service, and atmosphere on board. The overall aim and expectations of the event were met, and the client was very happy with the turnout and execution of the evening.
