Case Study - Swiss Re Team Building Function

The Brief:

To create and organise a game show-style team building event for Swiss Re.

What We Did:

A representative from Swiss Re called WEOTT directly with regards to hosting a team building event and asked for theme suggestions. Matthew proposed an event inspired by the TV show ‘The Cube’, an idea the client loved.

After the initial consultation, the WEOTT team emailed back and forth with the client, amending proposals until a package had been tailored to their specific tastes and requirements. From the timing and date of the event to catering and beverage requests, the WEOTT team made sure every aspect was taken care of to guarantee the success of the team building event.

Matthew maintained regular communication with the client during the planning and event stages, ensuring that every detail corresponded with the client’s vision.

The Result:

On the day of the event, event managers Sapphire Christos and Tiphaine Vidal were on site to make sure that everything ran smoothly and as planned. They set up the games prior to the start of the event, welcomed the guests upon arrival and operated the team building activities throughout the afternoon.

As the weather was fine on the day, guests were able to enjoy the catering of freshly cooked barbecue prepared on the outdoor deck.    

The game show theme proved to be a huge success as the client said that everyone enjoyed the unique team building activities tailored specifically to them.
