Case Study - Vortexa Corporate Summer Event

The brief

To host a summer get together for Vortexa’s internal staff.

What we did

We put together a package that consisted of a summer barbecue, reception drinks, and garden games, all of which was in-keeping with the fun and informal atmosphere the client wanted to create. 

One of Vortexa’s employees was a DJ and they wanted to play at the event, so our team ensured the necessary equipment was available and liaised with the client about arranging this for them.

We then worked with the client throughout the planning process to ensure that all of the details were fine tuned and everything was in order, allowing the event to run smoothly.

End result

The event ran very smoothly and we received great feedback from the client. The guests loved the food, with many going back for seconds! The weather on the day was superb and meant that the guests were able to enjoy spending time lounging in the deck chairs as well as enjoying the garden games outside.

The guests then moved inside to the dance floor where their DJ was playing for the last part of the event, which ended the summer social perfectly.
