The brief

A corporate Christmas event for their staff.

What we did

Our senior client relationship manager worked closely with the client to put together a bespoke package. 

The client didn’t want anything too formal and wanted to keep a fun atmosphere in which everyone could mingle. This meant we put forward our bowl food option, which was nicely substantial and allowed guests to freely move around the vessel.

The client also wanted to include some interactive entertainment, so we put forward various options. They chose to go for the casino table and the karaoke - which was enjoyed by all of the guests throughout the evening

At the event planning stage, the client and our senior event planner had a few calls to discuss the finer details. During these calls the client added a branded boat flag with their logo on and added a drinks package too.

End result

A fun atmosphere was created and all of the guests loved the karaoke and the casino tables! The food was also very popular and was enjoyed by all of the guests. This meant that we received great feedback from the client via email and via a very kind Google review.
