West End on the Thames: Client Testimonials & Reviews

"I've received feedback on the event and it was all positive. Everyone I spoke to enjoyed the Christmas party, especially the food. I would like to thank you for being so quick to respond with all my queries and for getting the drink vouchers done at short notice. In addition both Carly and Matthew were also very helpful, we are happy that the event was a success!"

"All staff were so professional and friendly and everything was as we asked. Alisa was great, nothing was too much trouble. The music was fantastic, acoustic artist was superb and the DJ played just what we wanted. My worries about the food were unfounded as everything was perfect including the vegan platter. Can't thank you and your staff enough and would definitely recommend you to friends in the future."

"Amazing venue for a wedding party! The boat was beautifully decorated, the BBQ was delicious and the staff were all really helpful. Everyone had such a brilliant time while enjoying the best views of London. Eliza made organising the party so easy and stress free for us, she listened to what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t thank the team enough for making our wedding day so special!"

Gemma Wiles

"The food was excellent, we had no trouble at all communicating with our personally assigned planner, they were incredibly willing to tailor the experience to help make it what we wanted, and given just how unique of a setting it is it was also extremely reasonably priced for what was provided!"

"I thought organising an event on a boat would be complicated, but with West End on the Thames it was a walk in the park. They organise every aspect of the event to perfection but more importantly, they keep you involved with the process. If I didn't understand something, or wanted to change my mind about a particular aspect of the party, all I had to do was phone up the guys and it was taken care of. Going with these guys is a decision I don't regret, and I intend to use West End on the Thames again in the future! Thanks for an awesome event!"
