I thought organising an event on a boat would be complicated, but with West End on the Thames it was a walk in the park. They organise every aspect of the event to perfection but more importantly, they keep you involved with the process. If I didn't understand something, or wanted to change my mind about a particular aspect of the party, all I had to do was phone up the guys and it was taken care of. Going with these guys is a decision I don't regret, and I intend to use West End on the Thames again in the future! Thanks for an awesome event!
