From start to finish West End on the Thames delivered exceptional customer service. From initial contact they were responsive to my needs as an organiser and were also very reassuring. Dealing with Matthew and Riien on a daily basis has been a delight and they have always made themselves available for questions big or small. I knew they would have a lot on given it is the busy Christmas period, but they never made that obvious to me and always gave me a great deal of attention.
