A: We operate a selection of modern and spacious vessels. The boats vary in size, holding a capacity of between 2 and 500 guests. All the vessels have indoor and outdoor spaces, making them a perfect all-year round venue for a wide range of events, such as:

The vessels are subjected to an annual inspection in order to be awarded a passenger carrying certificate.
A: We can offer either, or both (see question below), although we do recommend a moving vessel, as you get to experience the Thames fully that way. However, the choice is up to you!
A: To create a more flexible schedule, we can add further pick/drop offs, or extended moored periods.
This is particular popular with our corporate market who have guests/staff arriving at different times. If you require further information on this, please speak with a member of our sales team and they will be happy to help.
A: There are a number of piers that you can choose to embark and disembark, but it does depend on availability. Please note that we cannot book a pier until an event is confirmed, as there is a fee to secure the slot with the pier masters.
Whatever pier you embark from, will be the pier you arrive back to, unless you book otherwise.

A: The route the vessel takes will be dependent on the tide on that particular day, but our captain will always try to cover as much of the river as possible, so that you get to see all the famous landmarks!
A: All of our vessels are temperature controlled and have large panoramic windows. If the weather turns sour, there is ample seated, standing and viewing space inside.
Our vessels have all the comforts of an on-land venue, just with the added bonus of great views and the Thames experience.
A: Yes, we provide a variety of food options:
Catering is an indispensible part of a successful function, and must be delivered expertly. Our menus are as exciting as they are mouth-watering, ranging from delicious canapés to extravagant three-course meals.
Please note that all catering has to be booked in advance.
A: If you wish to bring your own catering there is a surcharge fee of £160 (Exc VAT) for groups of less than 60 guests, or £3.00 per person (Exc VAT) for groups of more than 60 guests. We can only permit cold food to be brought on board; our catering team, for health and safety reasons, must supply any hot food.
A: There are a variety of bar options available for your function. For example, we can add any of the following to your pre-event package:
Alternatively, you can set up a bar tab when you arrive at the venue with your West End on the Thames event manager.
A: Our experienced event team will be on the vessel before your function starts, but if required, we do allow you to come on board to oversee or help out.
A: With West End on the Thames, there are myriad ways to enhance your function and ensure that it is not only your vessel and setting which leaves your guests with a long lasting memory.
